Welcome to FitproID! These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the use of our mobile application ("App") and related services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By using FitproID, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. Definitions

  • "App": FitproID, including all its content, features and associated services.
  • "User": Anyone using the App, either as a guest or with a registered account.
  • "Content": Data, texts, images, graphics and any material generated or shared through the App.
  • "Services": Functionalities offered by FitproID, including workout tracking, performance analysis and cloud sync.

2. Account and Registration

  • ✔ Personal account: To access all features, you can register via email or third-party services (Google).
  • ✔ Data accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • ✔ Security: You are responsible for password confidentiality and all activities from your account.
  • ✔ Guest account: You can use the App without registration, but some features will be limited.

3. Permitted Use

You may use FitproID only for:

  • ✅ Personal and non-commercial purposes
  • ✅ Tracking and improving your physical performance
  • ✅ Sharing data only with your explicit consent

It is prohibited:

  • ❌ Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
  • ❌ Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the software
  • ❌ Create fake accounts or impersonate other users

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to FitproID (code, design, logos, content) are our property or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of personal data you enter, but authorize us to use it to provide services (as specified in the Privacy Policy).

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Liability and Limitations

    • Direct/indirect damages resulting from App use.
    • Data loss due to technical failures (although we take preventive measures).
    • Medical or training decisions based on App data (always consult a professional).

🔹 The App does not replace medical advice. If you have special health conditions, consult a doctor before starting a fitness program.

6. Paid Services (if applicable)

  • Premium subscriptions will be clearly indicated in the App.
  • Payments are processed through Google Play Store / Apple App Store (subject to their ToS).
  • Refunds: Follow the payment platforms' policies. We do not handle refunds directly.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • ⚠ Suspend or terminate access if you violate these ToS.
  • ⚠ Delete inactive accounts after prolonged disuse.
  • ⚠ Modify or discontinue services without notice (if necessary).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these ToS periodically.

Changes will be published on this page with a new revision date.

By continuing to use the App after updates, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
